Our mission at Jody Martins Realty Team is to facilitate the rental, sale or purchase of homes. Our listings will have a DIGITAL BROCHURE that includes the usual photographs, video walk-through and information, but now also includes images of the mechanicals within the home, ceiling height measurements, Seller's desired closing date, extensive mapping of the location of the home and the Seller's Disclosure. If the Seller desires, every interested Buyer will be required to review ALL data within this brochure. If they still feel they need an in-person showing, every home and every Seller has a different need and we will tailor the showing process for each client. Our hope is to provide extensive facetime or zoom showings as the next step and only conduct an in-person showing if still required, in order to make a fully informed purchase decision.
